Led the end-to-end Product, UX/UI, and Service Design for Bictorys, defining the complete omnichannel payment service across web, mobile, and operational tools. Built a scalable cross-platform design system, mapped the full merchant service journey (onboarding, KYC, payments, reconciliation, invoicing, and settlements), and designed secure, intuitive payment experiences across bank cards and Mobile Money. Drove service blueprints, ecosystem mapping, and cross-functional alignment with Engineering, Operations, Banking partners, and BCEAO regulatory requirements to ensure scalable, compliant, and reliable payment services.
